Participating in this program alongside a distinguished group of peers has further enhanced my skills in leadership to develop, inspire, and motivate others to high performance, which drives center excellence. Simon’s investment in its people benefits the whole organization, and the skills learned in this program will have a lasting impression.
It was an honor to embark on an eight-month journey with colleagues through the Emerging Leaders Program. This development experience allowed us to hone our strengths, enhance our leadership skills, and deepen our understanding of Simon as an industry leader. What I enjoyed most was the opportunity to build relationships with a network of Simon professionals who I can now call on periodically for work projects, advice, or to brainstorm ideas.
The Simon MMT Program provides the necessary mentorship and resources to help jumpstart a career. The dynamic challenges and hands-on experience across several departments allows for personal development that is unique to this program. Being immersed in a fast-paced environment requires a trainee to sharpen their critical thinking skills, which are essential to the role’s success.
