Supporting Simon’s commitment to advancing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture has become the framework for how we conduct everyday business. As a DEI Council member, I have witnessed how our educational programming, webinars, celebrations, and activities that support our commitment are transforming the landscape of our culture to ensure a safe and productive workplace where belongingness, authenticity, and opportunity prevail. Our recently launched DEI Ambassador Program empowers employees to take a more active leadership role as a champion for change, a key component to multiplying our efforts and accelerating growth.
