TRADE ASSOCIATIONS Our participation in the political process is governed by law and if any contributions are made, we will comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to political campaign contributions at the federal, state, and local levels. Any corporate political campaign contributions and expenditures, including other payments made to relevant trade associations and similar entities, are reviewed by the General Counsel. In 2022, the company was a member of trade associations. LOBBYING EXPENSES To promote policies that support the Company’s objectives, we may make payments to external consultants and lobbyists. In addition, any portion of any trade association dues we pay may be used for lobbying. We adhere to all U.S. federal, state, and local laws, as well as applicable laws and regulations outside the United States.
