SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY Our sustainability vision is to lead the way in sustainable retail real estate development and operations in the U.S. We are committed to creating sustainable centers that bring people together and enhance communities. To achieve this, we have strategized our efforts into four key focus areas.
GOING 360° We aim to create sustainable value by investing in shopping centers that offer more than retail experiences. We prioritize vibrant spaces where people can Live, Work, Play, Stay, and Shop. Our Going 360° approach means we work closely with local teams, offer an attractive tenant mix, and create safe, healthy, and visually appealing venues.
